I think her instructions were very clear and will help me build my strength and confidence in inversions. A good addition would be to advise how often this needs to be done to achieve a freestanding handstands or other inversions and what one is developing to do them. For example, core strength.

This is an excellent video to help the beginners to how to do tripod-stand, headstand and headstand step by step in one video and the tips of mastering it. Definitely good and safe to practice at home
